UPDATE 2-Guinness Nigeria set to launch $127 mln rights issue

LAGOS, Jan 23 (Reuters) - Guinness Nigeria said

on Monday it was seeking shareholder approval for a share issue

to raise 40 billion naira ($127 million) which it needs to

strengthen its balance sheet following recent losses.
